Important notice for Crestala Customers
We are taking several steps to help protect our staff and our customers during the current Coronavirus outbreak. We would appreciate your help and forbearance.
Please contact us either by:
– Email. This method is preferred. Please send to email@example.com and we will answer your emails as quickly as possible.
– Telephone. If we are unable to answer, please leave a short message, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
We want to keep visits to our yard to an absolute minimum. We would ask that you only visit our yard if you are collecting an order. Please notify us if you are coming and if time permits we will prepare your order.
- We want to reduce physical interaction, so entry into the office will only be allowed if really necessary.
Card payments are preferred for collections, although cash will be accepted.
- We have fitted a new barrier across the inner gate, and the lower portion of our yard is closed off with restricted customer access.
To enable our delivery service to continue while protecting customers as well as our drivers, we have introduced some small changes to our delivery procedures.
Please note that while we will try to meet promised delivery times, etc. these maybe adversely affected. Our drivers will unload your materials into your garden etc. as normal.
The difference is that they will ring you on arrival to obtain any instructions and will leave the invoice or delivery note with the goods. We would ask that customers remain inside until after our driver has left your premises. If there are any problems, please contact the office on 01892 864646.
