Bolt Down Post Anchors are used for supporting posts on fence lines that run over solid concrete areas.
They are typically bolted to the concrete using coach screws and plugs.
Bolt down post anchors also allows posts to be mounted on walls, although Flush bolt downs are generally better for this function.
