A price guide for a Closeboard fence bay when using 100 x 100mm posts with a back-weathered top. The bay price quoted consists of one mortised post and all the wooden materials needed for assembly on-site into a bay of Closeboard fence.
The 3m closeboard fence bay price includes the Feather Edge Boards, Arris Rails, Gravel board, Cleats, Stump, Capping, Counter rail, and one 100mm x 100mm mortised Post with a Back weathered top.
The fence heights do include the Gravel Board.
To finish off your fence, an end post will be required. You will need a wall plate or a post plate if the fence run ends at a wall or existing unmortised post.
Because of many possible variations, our workshop team usually mortises posts to suit the customer’s specific order.
We can supply the appropriate quantity of Nails (galvanised nails) and Postmix (20kg-bag) separately, but these are NOT included in the bay prices quoted.
