Although Gravel Board is generally associated with Closeboard or Panel fencing, it can be used with most other types of fencing if needed. For example, gravel boards can also be used as the primary material to make up a robust and solid fence (see photo).

The boards are pressure-treated and suitable for many other tasks around the garden, such as path edging, small raised beds or flooring for sheds.

Rotproof, Composite gravel boards, and Concrete Gravel Boards are also available for closeboard fencing, panel fencing or general use around the garden.
