Crestala’s Drive & Entrance Gates are manufactured on-site in our workshop by our skilled Gatemakers in various styles and finishes. We can make individual sizes and some bespoke designs.

All gates manufactured by Crestala are made to be robust yet offer excellent value for money. The timber used is pressure treated, joinery grade, slow-growing Scandinavian redwood. The treatment provides added protection against rot and insect attack. Cosmetic treatments can be added later if desired.

A comprehensive range of gate fittings is available from stock.

All treated softwood gates are susceptible to natural movement or shaking (cracks in the timber) as the wood expands and contracts during the normal weathering process. This is not considered a defect unless very severe.

All Drive and Entrance Gates supplied by Crestala must be stored, treated and cared for properly before and after hanging.  Please, read the recommendations on our “Important Gate Care Information” sheet for more detailed instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may invalidate any future claims.
