Delivery Areas

We deliver to the following areas Monday to Friday; Cranbrook, Crowborough, East Grinstead, Edenbridge, Hawkhurst, Heathfield, Marden, Oxted, Paddock Wood, Sevenoaks, Staplehurst, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, West Malling, Uckfield, Brighton and all the surrounding villages.
This covers most of the following Postcode areas: TN1 to TN22 and TN32. RH7 to RH9 and RH18 and RH19. ME18 and ME19.

In South and South East London, we can only deliver to Bromley and Croydon areas.
This covers most of the following Postcode areas: CR2 and CR3, CR5 and CR6, CR8. BR1 to BR8.

Delivery Costs

To maintain reasonable delivery charges to all our customers, costs are based on the location and requirements of each customer/order. Therefore, minimum order values may apply to some locations. Please contact us now to find out how much your delivery will cost.

Any shortages, damaged or defective items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend that all items are checked at the time of delivery. (See delivery T’s & C’s below)

Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Deliveries will be agreed upon and arranged solely at the discretion of Crestala Fencing.
  • Deliveries will be to the invoice address unless otherwise agreed upon when ordering.
  • It is essential that we are informed of any access or parking limitations before the delivery is arranged.
  • Whilst we try to deliver at the agreed date and time, this cannot be guaranteed.
  • Deliveries will be to the front or roadside of the property, accessible by good road or hardstanding and offloaded adjacent to the vehicle’s nearside. Our vehicles will not drive onto grassed areas.
    Goods cannot be moved over distance. We recognise that sometimes this can cause problems, particularly for our disabled customers, so making special arrangements through a prior agreement is possible. However, this may incur a charge.
  • Any shortages, damaged or defective items must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend that all items are checked at the time of delivery.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.
  • The title to the goods will only pass to the buyer once full payment has been received.
  • Fencing is generally bulky and heavy. Therefore, to avoid the risk of injury, we strongly advise that suitable manual handling training is taken before the delivery of goods.
  • A charge will be made for any goods that require collection under our returns policy.

Returns

    1. Any Goods returned for credit or refund is subject to the following conditions.
      • Standard stock item, in a good resaleable condition in its original packaging.
      • Less than 30 days from the date of purchase.
      • Accompanied by the original receipt.
      • minimum administration charge of 20%.

2. The following items will NOT be accepted for refunds or credit.

  •   Post mix and Cement or any powder products.
  • Aggregates. (Bulk or plastic bags of sand, ballast, shingle, tarmac or winter grit)
  • Any liquids. (Wood treatments, wood preservatives, end seals, wood oils, wood cleaners or bitumen products.)
  • Any timber cut to size, mortised or machined especially to meet your order.
  • Any special order products. (Products purchased or manufactured specifically to fulfil your order.)

Refunds are made in the same way as the original payment was received. Card, BACS or Cash. A charge will be made for any goods that require collection. In all cases, the credit will not be processed until the goods have been returned to our yard and inspected.
