Installation Tips

Your graft will last much longer if it is not used for levering rocks and roots. If you need a lever, use a chisel and point bar.

Loosen the soil with the graft and then easily remove it from the hole with a pair of double shovels.

Repairing fractured service pipes is expensive, but cutting into power cables is very dangerous and potentially life-threatening. Power cables, gas, water, and sewage pipes have been found in places that you would not expect, even embedded in the concrete around an existing post. Therefore, we advise using caution and using a graft with an insulated handle and rubber gloves when digging fence post holes.
