Closeboard Gates

Crestala Closeboard Gates are very popular for both domestic and commercial use.  Our workshops make closeboard gates using treated timber to match and blend with the closeboarded fencing supplied by Crestala. Whether you need a Side Gate or a Back Garden Gate like our very popular Rotherfield or a pair of great-value, heavy-frame Groombridge entrance gates, our Team is available to help.

Our Closeboard Gates are manufactured on-site in our workshop by our skilled Gatemakers in various styles and finishes. Closeboard gates are among our cheaper gate styles and make excellent Yard Gates or Garden Gates. As they are made from treated timber, they are well-suited for outdoor use as house-side gates.
We can make special sizes of all our Closeboard gates on request, so you can have a gate that properly fits the gap you have. You only pay for the size gate you order; there is no extra charge for making a bespoke gate(s). 
This includes single garden gates or matching double gates (pairs of gates for wider entrances) in a range of widths from 900mm up to 1.2m per leaf (each gate). and in heights from 900mm to 2.1.
For Closeboard gate widths of over 1.2m, we recommend using a heavy-framed Groombridge Gate.
