A Barrier Gate is a simple way of restricting vehicle traffic. It consists of a top bar and an angled brace connected to a vertical hanging stile. The gates are hung and shut onto or between square gate posts.

How to Use

Barrier gates are hung using standard field gate hinges.

The barrier is securely held either open or closed with a field gate auto-catch incorporating a modified striker or a loop over catch. Alternatively, a hasp and staple can be used.
Recommended Aftercare

Treating it with a UV wood oil will help to keep it looking good and increase its longevity and oiling the hinges will stop the barrier from sqeaking.
